SAF type bearing housings are horizontally split type in construction and are available in Cast Iron,Cast Steel or S.G.Iron material as per order.They are suitable to withstand heavier and shock loads due to its robust construction. For efficient sealing and preventing foreign particles to enter into the bearing housings,triple or double seal type labyrinth rings are provided.
For mounting the plummer blocks on the foundation,two or four elongated bolt holes are provided.For four bolt holes, plummer block designation is prefixed with “F” e.g. FSAF 520 , SAF 200 series are suitable for bearings of series 1200,2200,22200 CC and SAF 300 Series are suitable for 1300,2300,22300 CC bearings with cylindrical bore SAF 500 series are suitable for 1200 K,2200 K,22200 CCK bearings with tapered bore with adapter sleeves.SAF 600 series suitable for 1300 K,2300 K and 22300 CCK series bearings.

SOFN Bearing Housings: Oil lubricated cast iron or steel bearing housing are suitable for spherical roller bearing running at high speed and high operating temperature.SOFN 200 and 300 series bearing housing are suitable for spherical roller bearings with cylindrical (straight) bore.SOFN 500 and 600 series bearing housing are suitable for spherical roller bearings with tapered bore and adapter sleeve mounting.
SOFN Bearing Housings are comprising of main body consisting of top and bottom housings.with labyrinth covers and collars,oil splash ring for splash lubricating system or oil inlet and outlet pipe fittings on either side of the housings in the labyrinth covers for oil circulatory system.
Oil level indicator supplied with the housings can be fitted into one of the four holes provided on the side covers.Oil level indicators are marked minimum and maximum oil level according to the quantity of oil required.

LOE 200 & 300 series bearing housings are suitable for spherical roller bearings with cylindrical bore of series 22200 CC & 22300 CC high speed bearing application with oil lubrication.The housings are horizontally split supplied with two labyrinth covers sealed with two labyrinth rings.The housings are equipped with breather plug,drain plug,oil pick-up ring,one oil level indicator.Water cooling coil for sump oil can be provided on order.For through shaft,both ends are open and for shaft terminating inside the housing,an end cover is provided to close the end.The housings are provided four elongated holes.LOE 500 & 600 series bearing housings are available for bearings with tapered bore and adapter sleeve mounting in 22200 CK & 22300 CCK.

SNL Plummer block housings are appropriate for CARB bearings, spherical roller bearings, and self-aligning ball bearings with shaft diameters ranging from 20 to 160 mm.These split-type housings can be lubricated with oil or grease and have two elliptical holes in the housing base.A range of seals, including felt seals (TC Type), labyrinth seals (TS Type), double lip seals (TG Type), and taconite seals (ND Type), can be employed for grease lubrication.A unique kind of seal (TURU type) can be employed for oil lubrication.The principal dimensions are interchangeable and the same as those of SNA/SNH type housings.SNL housings are offered with four FMNL-designated elliptical slots in the base, four drilled holes with the suffix MS1, or four drilled holes with the suffix MS2.These housings can be used for located bearing by inserting Locating rings on either side of bearing.

SDJ type plummer blocks housings are split type design, top half is held with bottom half of housing with four sturdy bolts. They are suitable for spherical roller bearings of series 230 and 231 with adapter sleeve or directly mounted on shaft. Shaft diameter ranges from 320 mm to 530 mm as regular design.For larger shaft diameter, customized SDJ plummer blocks are supplied by Mcroch.

Theis heavy duty series of bearing housings are preferred for use in crusher application in cement and steel industries.

SNV type plummer block housings are horizontally split design and fully interchangeable with SNH series plummer blocks. The dimensions of SNV housings are in accordance with ISO 113/II. They are normally made of grey cast iron but they can be available in cast steel or ductile iron (Spherical Graphite Iron) on request.
SNV series are suitable for spherical roller bearing and ball bearing either mounted on adapter sleeve or directly on shaft. Normal range varies from 20 mm to 140 mm shaft diameter. Depending on operating condition, felt seal (TC), Labyrinth seal (TS), V Ring seals (TA), or Double lip seal (TG) and Taconite seal are provided. Normal construction has two foundation holes at base for fixing the housing, however on request, four foundation holes at base are also provided. For located bearing arrangement, locating rings are supplied. SNV plummer blocks have dowel pin at mating surface of cap and base to ensure correct alignment of the two halves. The cap of one plummer block is never interchangeable with other plummr block.
SNV type can accommodate high loads due to its modular construction and stronger design. They can be used for grease lubrication in general or oil lubrication whenever necessary.

THD type plummer block housings are one-piece bearing housings suitable for spherical roller bearings which are grease lubricated. This type have slot along its length on the two opposite edges where THD type plummer block is supported on guide rails of belt tensioning device of a belt conveyor application. The screwing arrangement of belt tensioning device helps move these housings in guide rail resulting shifting of pulley to tighten conveyor belt. Sizes vary from shaft diameter 50 mm to 530 mm. Requirement of THD plummer blocks for larger shaft can be available upon request.

HD type used to take high load with shock/impact loading at lower speed. They are sturdy and easy to mount for belt pulley assembly. Typical use is for conveyor pulley in material handling industry.
